Last Minute Bookings (book within 20 days):

All bookings are subject to a 12.42% Transient Accommodation and General Excise tax and a $364 out-clean fee.
Security Deposit
$500 which is refunded within sixty days of your departure minus any damage or extra cleaning. All damage or extra cleaning will be assessed by our cleaning and maintenance staff.

Discounts
Discounts are available for stays longer than two weeks and any dates booked 12 months or more out from the date you make the booking
Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit totaling one half the cost of your stay is required to secure the reservation. Deposit must be received no later than one week after signing the lease to hold your dates. Balance is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
Minimum Stay
There is a one week minimum for all dates. We will accept bookings of less than one week if your dates fit into our calendar. Feel free to ask us if you want less a one week stay or check our calendar to see if we have the dates you want. We will do our best to accommodate every request.
Cancellation
Cancellation notice must be received no less than 90 days before check in to receive a full refund of all monies paid to date minus a cancellation fee of 10% (total reservation) or $200 whichever amount is greater. For cancellations within 90 days of check in for which your dates can be re-booked your deposit may be refunded minus the cancellation fee at the sole discretion of the owner. If your dates cannot be rebooked we'll credit you for a future stay. Some guests like to purchase travel insurance to prevent any unforeseen problems spoiling their vacation. Sorry, no refunds for early departure.
